The City of Springfield has rescheduled a previously announced public hearing regarding a proposed zoning change for property located at 2683 Springfield Jamestown Pike.
The public hearing, originally scheduled for January 13, 2026, at 6:45 p.m., has been postponed at the request of the applicant. The hearing will now be held on March 10, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. in the City Commission Forum at City Hall, 76 E. High Street.
The hearing will consider a proposed rezoning of approximately 28.37 acres, identified as Parcel Nos. 3050700032300003 and 3050700032300013, from Springfield Township A, Agricultural District, to City P-IE, Institutional and Educational District.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend and provide input.
