SPRINGFIELD, OH (January 30, 2019) — The City of Springfield will open a warming center for a second day on Thursday as more frigid weather settles in.

The warming center will be in the community room from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the National Trail Parks and Recreation District offices, 1301 Mitchell Blvd., on Jan. 31.

Officials will have coffee, hot chocolate and activities for those who need shelter from the cold.
