City Works–A Better Way for Businesses and Resident to Submit Service Requests
The City of Springfield is proud to announce the launch of Cityworks, a new, user-friendly software platform that will streamline the way residents and businesses interact with the Community Development Department. The new Cityworks platform can be used for:
Applying for building permits
Submitting zoning applications
We hope you enjoy this upgraded system that will greatly improve our communication, transparency and efficiency with you!
Note: Paper applications will still be accepted for the next 60 days to ensure a smooth transition. After that period, Community Development will move to a fully paperless system.
