Code Compliance

Code Compliance enforces various City codes and ordinances pertaining to private property use and maintenance. Code Compliance inspects residential and commercial properties to verify concerns regarding:

  • Structures that are vacant and unsecured and/or require repairs or demolition
  • Unlawful Yard Accumulations
    Weeds
  • Trees and/or shrubs blocking the public rights-of-way
  • Graffiti
  • Zoning
  • Other private property use and maintenance issues
