Code Compliance
Code Compliance enforces various City codes and ordinances pertaining to private property use and maintenance. Code Compliance inspects residential and commercial properties to verify concerns regarding:
- Structures that are vacant and unsecured and/or require repairs or demolition
- Unlawful Yard Accumulations
Weeds - Trees and/or shrubs blocking the public rights-of-way
- Graffiti
- Zoning
- Other private property use and maintenance issues
