The Human Resources Department supports the personnel needs of all City departments and serves to recruit and develop a competent workforce, manage personnel and training functions, and administer City employee health and benefits programs. The Department also represents the City in labor negotiations, coordinates ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) functions, and manages employee records.
