Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport

The Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport is a general aviation airport home to two different maintenance repair stations, the Ohio Air National Guard, Select-Tech Geo-Spatial and Airpark Ohio. Springfield-Beckley also provides all services to meet the needs of the pilots and passengers needs that fly into Springfield-Beckley. Springfield-Beckley has also become a hub for unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and electric vertical take off/landing (eVTOL) aircraft research, development and testing.

Springfield-Beckley is also home to the National Advanced Air Mobility Center of Excellence (NAAMCE). NAAMCE was created to  continue the research, development and testing while supporting AFRL, AFWRX, Agility Primes efforts.

The UASC has a full-time staff dedicated to unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operations to support Advanced Autonomous Mobility (AAM) technologies such as package delivery and Automated Air Taxi (AAT) services through planning and research.
