Neighborhood Services Division

The Neighborhood Services Division leads a variety of projects aimed at strengthening Springfield’s neighborhoods, housing and overall community. The division’s work centers on neighborhood development, housing-related efforts, street outreach and effective grant management. Through ongoing engagement with residents and collaboration with community partners and City departments, Neighborhood Services helps plan and deliver programs that reflect community priorities and support long-term neighborhood vitality.
